My name is Peter de Wit,

I was borne in the North West of the Netherlands this is where I live and work. Windsurfing here is depending on the weather systems but in general this part of the Netherlands gets good wind.

A few years ago I was testing and tuning boards with Peter Volwater and got to try the Avanti Sails for the first time the tech. and possibilities of this new windsurfing brand was enough to get me interested so decided to switch when the M1x was introduced.

In the years following I had a lot of contact with the Testers and Dan Kaseler.

The contact had grown into a very close connection regarding the R&D part of the Machines.

In these years we got to prove the Machine is capable of very good speeds and efficient riding these are off course the most important factors for a GPS speedsurfing addict like me.

For example the M2 scored a 41knots Nautical mile and a topspeed of over 52 knots at my home spot.
